What you can do in the portal
- Cancel your subscription Effective at the end of your current billing period. No early-termination fees.
- Update payment method Change the card on file. Existing subscription continues uninterrupted.
- Add or remove rooftops Volume discount kicks in automatically at 3+ rooftops. Changes prorate on your next invoice.
- Download invoices & receipts All past invoices available as PDF for accounting.
